"The items I received are damaged/defective. What shuold I do?"

Please send us photos of the defective items and make sure to show the damage for us to verify the claim. Once this is done and confirmed, we will offer you a resolution which can either be in the form of a refund or remake. This will depend on the cost, time constraints, and other factors.

We will not be able to proceed with the claim if the reasons given are any of the following, but not limited to:

- The colors not matching the swatches given.
- The text's placement is higher/lower or the font size is smaller/larger than anticipated.
- The lettering is not very easy to read.

These items are hand-made and made to order which is why not one of them is exactly identical with another. Addtionally, the production of these items cannot be undone. Therefore, claims like those mentioned above will only lead to waste of products.

Insofar as we would love to conform to most claims, we simply cannot do so due to the reasons we have stated. We deeply appreciate your understanding!

NOTICE FOR CUSTOMS/TARIFFS:

a. Orders with a Texas billing address will be charged with tax.
