All reports on damages should be reported to us within 3 days upon the receipt of goods. Reports filed after 3 days will not be honored due to the items' fragile nature and cost.

Defect Policy for Custom Products:

We take pride in delivering high-quality custom products to our customers. However, in the unlikely event of a defect, we require our customers to report the issue within 3 days of receiving the product. Please provide photos of the defect to support your claim.

Note: Refunds for defects reported after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible. Our goal is to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchase, and we will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.

NOTICE FOR CUSTOMS/TARIFFS:

a. Orders with a Texas billing address will be charged with tax.
b. International orders are subject to tariffs.
c. Tariffs are determined only upon the arrival of the order.
